Description

This two bedroom (plus loft) cabin in Pigeon Forge is great for a family vacation in the Smokies. It features two queen bedrooms, twin built-ins, mountain and wooded views, and the amenities you want in a mountain escape. Stay entertained with the high speed wireless internet and big screen TV, and stay relaxed with the outdoor hot tub and rocking chairs.

Mountain Escape is located about 15 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, so it’s not too far from the excitement of the Parkway, but it’s far enough to provide a peaceful mountain atmosphere. Pigeon Forge boasts some of the most popular family-friendly attractions in the Smokies, including WonderWorks, the Titanic Museum Attraction, the Hollywood Wax Museum, and Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country. The city is also known for its wide variety of dinner shows, from the athleticism at The Lumberjack Feud and the incredible stunts at Dixie Stampede to the wonder at the Murder Mystery Theater and the hilarious antics at the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show. There are also many arcades, laser tag arenas, miniature golf courses, and go kart tracks along the Parkway, which are sure to keep kids (and kids at heart) entertained for days. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or a week, you won’t run out of things to do in Pigeon Forge.

Of course, you don’t have to stop having fun once you’re ready to head back to the cabin. Mountain Escape offers amenities to keep you all entertained. On those chilly mountain nights in the Smokies, gather with friends and family by the gas fireplace to stay warm and cozy. Curl up with a good book or flip on the 42-inch flat screen TV and watch shows, movies, or a ball game. Bring some of your favorite movies to watch on the DVD player or bring board games and card games for a family game night. There is even a pool table when you want to challenge others to a game or two. You will certainly feel at home in this comfortable cabin. Mountain Escape also offers high speed wireless internet, so you can stay connected while you’re away. Catch up on emails, check out upcoming events, or decide where you’ll go out to eat for the night.

If you start getting cabin fever, step outside onto the deck and take in the fresh mountain air and views of the mountains and woods. At the end of a long day, the outdoor hot tub will be a much-appreciated amenity. You can unwind in the bubbling waters under the calming Smoky Mountain sky. In the mornings, sit back in the rocking chairs with a cup of coffee and let the peace of the mountains wash over you. Then step inside the fully-equipped kitchen to make meals at the cabin or use the gas grill outside on those nice days.

Each of the bedrooms in Mountain Escape has its own TV, so there will be no fighting over the remote. The two bedrooms have queen-size beds, and additional space – perfect for the kids – is located in the loft. It features two twin built-ins and a pull-out sofa. In all, there is room for 8 guests, so you can bring family or friends for a great mountain vacation.

With a peaceful but convenient location, queen-size beds, built-in bunks for the kids, pool access, and lots of other great cabin amenities, Mountain Escape can fit the needs of any small group getaway or family vacation.
