Description

Let the calming view of the beautiful Smoky Mountains and the serenity of a peaceful catch-and-release pond nearby bring you to your Happy Place. From relaxing in the outdoor hot tub with a view in the valley and sipping your favorite coffee by a crackling fire to playing a friendly round of pool and settling in for movie night, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Pigeon Forge cabin for 6 provides a cozy space to get comfy, let loose, and unwind.

When you want to get away from it all, spend a few days playing, relaxing, and soaking in the serenity of the mountains. My Happy Place also brings convenience to the forefront, with wireless internet, a motorcycle-friendly driveway (flat and paved!), a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can create meals for family and friends.

In downtown Pigeon Forge, find even more to do, with restaurants, shops, and attractions for kids and adults. Tour the Titanic Museum Attraction, play at Dollywood, race go karts, play arcade games and laser tag, try samples at local wineries and moonshine distilleries, grab some barbecue or fresh fudge, or spend the day shopping at outlets and unique stores.

Living Room
With a wood-burning fireplace, a big screen TV, and an L-shaped couch ready and waiting, the living room is the perfect place to lounge around in your PJs, drinking hot cocoa — with marshmallows of course! — and watching the latest release of your favorite TV show with the warmth of a fire to keep you snug. Bring along a few board games or a deck of cards and start a game tournament on the large coffee table — winner gets double the marshmallows in the next round of cocoa! Better yet, order a loaded pizza and plop it down so everyone can freely grab a slice for dinner and a show.

Kitchen
With an open floor plan, you can step right into the fully equipped (dishes, pans, silverware, etc.) kitchen from the living area, so darting for a quick snack on the commercial break is a piece of cake. Featuring a refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser, an electric range with an over-the-range microwave, and a double sink with a sprayer – as well as an electric can opener, blender, and toaster – this kitchen is ready for your most scrumptious recipes. Plus, with a coffeemaker ready for a morning jolt, your days will be complete. There is also a dishwasher to make clean up time less of a struggle and more of a breeze. However, of everything in this kitchen, nothing beats the tricycle-riding bear, delivering pepper and salt to anyone in need!

Dining Area
Dine to your heart’s content at the built-in breakfast area for 4, conveniently located between the kitchen and the living room in your Pigeon Forge cabin. Feel free to use the spacious surface as a bonus counter while prepping for dinner, or bust out the crayons and coloring books to amuse the kids while you bake some sweet treats!

Bedrooms
Throughout the cabin, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a large dresser, and a mounted flatscreen TV. If you’re not interested in the living room banter or simply want some alone time, just slip into your room and chill on the bed with a show of your choice. Additionally, each dresser is home to a tall tri-fold mirror, and with 2 bathrooms, everyone can have their own space to get ready in the morning. It just makes your vacation that much easier. At this point, you will notice the escalating bear theme throughout the home, so if hide-and-go-seek isn’t enough, see if the kids can find all the bears — inside the cabin only!

Rec Room
Prepare yourself for an epic pool battle or a friendly pool match — whichever is more pleasing — in the rec room downstairs! If the game gets too heated, take a moment to cool off under the ceiling fan. Have a seat on one of the 6 stools while you await your chance to show off your impressive skills. Keep up with the sports game of the season on the mounted flatscreen TV. There’s even a handy wet bar/kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, and double sink so you don’t have to keep going up and down the stairs for refreshments. Just keep your drinks cool in the fridge and your fondue warm on the stove while you hang out in My Happy Place.

Outdoor Spaces
With paved parking for 3 (motorcycle friendly), you’ll have plenty of space to unload your things at this cabin. You’ll also find 2 rocking chairs under the carport, so you can enjoy the views in the shade. As a bonus, the grassy front yard has ample space for your kids to burn off some of that pent-up energy from the road trip. Head onto the back deck for a hot tub surprise! Hop in for a relaxing evening soak and check out the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in style. Fear not, for there is a privacy wall to the left and trees to the right to make you feel more comfortable. Don’t forget to enjoy your morning coffee with nature on the bench for two!

Other Amenities
To leave your virtual world behind would be a shame, so this cabin comes well equipped with Wi-Fi! A washer and dryer are also provided so you don’t have to go to a laundromat should the need arise. This cabin is also a part of Honey Suckle Meadows, situated among the natural scenery of the Smokies. Take a stroll across the street and sit on a wooden bench as you watch the waterfowl gracefully paddle around in the private pond. After soaking up some rays in an outdoor lounge chair, take a dip in the cool waters of the large community pool (there’s a kiddie pool, too). Better yet, send the teens for a swim while you relax in the shade with a juicy burger from the onsite deli and grill!
