Reviews for Splash Mansion

  • "Our stay was wonderful. We stayed in Splash Mansion with 22 family members. We're thinking about making it a yearly vacation trip in the same cabin. Bathrooms were clean, but the 3rd floor bathrooms needed a little more work. Overall, nice cabin, nice appliances, nice customer service."

  • "Had an excellent time at Splash Mansion in Sevierville. Provided a great space for 32 of us. Amazing view, pool, game room, movie theatre. Huge bedrooms. The pictures on the website almost didn't do it justice. Awesome place, awesome time with our family."

  • "We used the cabin ‘Splash Mansion’ to hold a small wedding ceremony for our immediate family. We stayed Thursday-Sunday. Immediately upon walking in we were so excited. It was even better than the pictures (and we thought the pictures were great). This cabin featured 9 (large) king bedrooms and 8 queen sized beds (4, queen over queen bunk beds). The bedrooms were all comfortable and large, each with their own bathroom, making you feel right at home. We split the price among 21 adults and it was WAY more affordable than any hotel you would find for 3 days/3 nights. The view of the Smokies from the cabin was so impressive. Pictures can’t do it justice!! When you see it in person, you just feel it. It was great! The cabin had a pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 arcade games, a pool table, a foosball table, and an air hockey table. There was also a movie theatre. The kids took full advantage of all the extra amenities. Adults fully enjoyed them too! There was a large dining table in the kitchen that made for some epic card games. As for our ceremony, it was held outside under the picnic area. It was MUCH larger in person than we thought it was from the pictures. Holding our small ceremony there went better than we could have ever imagined. It was the best weekend and we enjoyed all the time spent with both of our families. Honestly, it was the most magical weekend of our lives! We had troubles with the lock upon check-in, but a quick call to Cabins For You customer service got us in immediately, and we were able to check in 2 hours early for a very reasonable, low price. We felt very informed and prepared for check-in and it was super easy. Cabins For You also checked in with us a couple times after our stay to make sure we had a great time. We definitely look forward to coming back and using Cabins For You for another stay in the future. We already can’t wait to relive some of those amazing feelings your wedding day can provide you!"

  • "Wonderful, elegant log mansion! Accommodated our big family gathering."

  • "My family had a great time at splash mansion, the view was beautiful when i watch the sun rise, and my guest had a great time. We will come back near future. Thanks Cabin for You"

  • "My family had the time of our lives here. We opted for the Splash Mansion cabin which is 3 floors, 11 bedrooms, an indoor pool, movie theater, and two balcony hot tubs. The cabin sleeps 38 people. There are 9 rooms with a king size bed, and two rooms that feature 2 queen over queen bunk beds in each room (for a total of 8 per room). Each room also has a private bathroom. There are also 2 pull out couches if that's your thing. We had 29 people total. The cabin in Sierverville is a short drive to popular locations in Gatlinburg. The cabin also feature an outdoor picnic style area for your cabin that has covered picnic tables and a sizable grill. I appreciated that the unit had 2 stoves because it's difficult to cook for such a large group with only one unit. I do wish they had more cookware to support this though. There was only one large pot, a small pot and a couple of skillets. We could have brought more cooking tools if we would have known. The beds were comfortable and the children in our group absolutely loved the movie theater and the pool. They stayed in the water until 2 am easily each night. We would often find them asleep in the theater afterwards (who needs beds). The adults enjoyed the balcony hot tubs. My only complaint here is that there is not adequate night lighting on the balcony. You'll basically be hot tubbing in the dark since the nearest light is easily 15 feet away. Finally, they cold definitely hire a more thorough cleaning company. There was some shower mildew in my room which wasn't amazing but not enough to make me upset. I just feel like if you're paying thousands of dollars for a rental the least they can do is spray some Clorox in the corners. We also found the drawers in the nightstands had some leftover items from prior guests. That could go really badly if someone leaves food. The property had lovely views, amazing sunsets and sunrises, and the bears didn't bother us. Everyone there has thee most amazing time. I'd recommend the cabin based upon my experience"

  • "Absolutely beautiful cabin, the view over the mountains was gorgeous. 10/10 experience"

  • "Cabin was wonderful. There was plenty of space and activities for everyone within the cabin. The indoor pool and two Jacuzzis were excellent. I like that each room had its own bathroom. The entrance and main level floor were perfect for my husband who is in a wheelchair. The check-in/check-out process was seamless and the host was great leading up to arrival keeping us updated on any changes. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others."
