Looking for plenty of space without sacrificing luxury? Looking for a close driving distance to downtown? Don’t miss this large-group Gatlinburg cabin: Into the Woods Lodge! With 7 bedrooms, 6 full-size bathrooms, and 2 half-baths, Into the Woods Lodge provides ample space for up to 34 guests, making it ideal cabin for family reunions, church retreats, and corporate getaways to the Smokies.

But this striking log cabin features so much more than tons of space; you’ll also find multiple game rooms, a private theater room, mountain vistas from the rocking chair porch, a modern kitchen with double appliances, and so much more! Situated in the beautiful Glades Resort, Into the Woods Lodge is Smoky Mountain living at its finest, with modern amenities and updated décor—all surrounded with natural wood walls, floors, and ceilings.

And best of all, this cabin is only 4 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. So your group has the option to stay and play with the cabin’s long list of amenities or make the short drive to downtown for group activities galore! If you’re looking for a semi-private escape for large groups just outside of Gatlinburg, this 5,300-square-foot cabin is an ideal choice for you!

Living Room
A clean, modern living room with recessed lighting, a huge flatscreen TV, and an electric (no heat) fireplace waits for you just inside Into the Woods Lodge. This large and inviting space offers 3 seating options—a full-size suede sofa, a coordinating leather loveseat, and an oversized chair. Several of your group can fit in this space to watch the news in the evenings, play a board game on the coffee table on a rainy afternoon, or relax in the mornings with a cup of coffee while the natural light spills in from the panel of windows across the back wall.

This spacious living room is also close to the dining room, which means if you want to fit more guests inside it, all you need to do is pull up some chairs. Use this space to host a gift swap during the holidays, a company presentation, a devotional with your church group, or a digital slideshow of the family in honor of a special occasion.

Kitchen
If we could peek at your must-haves list for your large group getaway, we bet that a spacious and fully equipped kitchen would be close to the top. Not to fear—Into the Woods Lodge is sure to meet your expectations and then some with its large, updated, doubly equipped kitchen! By “doubly equipped” we mean you’ll be getting 2 of almost everything—2 full-size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffeemakers, 2 ovens, and more.

So you should find everything you need to make homemade casseroles, breakfast treats, and late-night snacks for your group. If you want to keep things simple, check out Smoky Mountain restaurants that cater to large groups. But even if your group doesn’t plan to cook in, you’ll still appreciate a refrigerator to store cold drinks, a coffeemaker for those early morning cravings, and a microwave to reheat leftovers. Into the Woods Lodge provides all this and much more!

Dining Room
When it comes to dining space, Into the Woods Lodge comes with 3 large, wooden dining tables with 2 chairs and 2 large benches each. You should be able to comfortably seat at least half your 34-person group at these tables (if not more), and overflow seating can be found at the 4-piece breakfast bar attached to the kitchen and the couches in the open-concept living room. For those looking for a little fresh air, you can also take your meal to the rocking chair porch, and kids might prefer to eat in one of the 2 game rooms provided by Into the Woods Lodge.

Game Rooms
That’s right—we said Into the Woods Lodge provides not one but 2 game rooms! One is upstairs, one is downstairs, and both are loaded with a variety of ways to have fun. In the upstairs game room, you’ll find arcades and pinball machines—it’s like having your own Fannie Farkle’s in the warmth of your Gatlinburg cabin! The upstairs game room also offers a large wet bar with a mini fridge, a wraparound breakfast counter, and 3 stools. Use the counter for drinks and snacks while you play, or spread a deck of cards for an afternoon of rainy day fun.

In the downstairs game room, enjoy a full-size air hockey table and a pool table. Both game rooms provide easy porch access, windows with wooded views, and extra sleeper sofas (2 twin sleepers are located in the upstairs game room and 1 queen sleeper can be found downstairs). Whether they’re your go-to hang out for late-night fun or just a place to send the kids, you’ll love the game rooms inside Into the Woods Lodge!

Theater Room
Your group really can’t run out of entertaining options at Into the Woods Lodge. That’s because this cabin not only offers multiple game rooms with a variety of game tables and a living room with a large, flatscreen TV, but also its own private theater room!

This windowless room sets the mood with its theater-style seating, movie posters on the wall, and huge movie screen. Pack your favorite Blu-ray discs or DVDs and get ready for a private theater experience without the drive to downtown. You can even plan a “midnight showing” in your PJs—just don’t forget to stop to load up on popcorn and candy before you arrive!

Bedrooms
Into the Woods Lodge is designed for any variety of large group gathering, including multiple families, couples, singles, and kids. The 7 bedrooms in this cabin offer multiple sleeping options with 4 king-size beds, 3 queen bunks, 2 twin bunks, 1 full bunk, 2 twin sleeper sofas, and 2 queen sofas. So feel free to spread out as you like, and all 34 guests can easily share the 6 full-size bathrooms and 2 half-size bathrooms in the cabin. To add to your convenience, Into the Woods Lodge offers cozy décor and homey amenities in each bedroom, including individual TVs, sitting chairs, reading lamps, nightstands, bureaus, and ceiling fans.
